Michael Cicello: Our founding partner with 25+ years of delivering Enterprise Billing Solutions. The last 5 years his sole focus has been building a great consulting team and process for ensuring the successful implementation of BillingPlatform projects.
Joel Dodd: Over 30 years of experience in enterprise software and enterprise architecture helping startups to multinational companies achieve their goals. Experience spans Application development, data analytics, integration, cloud and leadership. BillingPlatform Partner Essential and Pro Certified.
Senthil Srinivasan: With 28+ years of experience implementing and managing both On-Premise and Cloud SaaS Billing Applications. As a Sr. Architect and Technical Delivery manager among other skills, Senthil ensures our customers a robust and technically sound BillingPlatform solution.
Michael August: Michael has 35+ years of experience in a variety of roles, he has spent most of the last few decades in the Program/Project Management domain. With several BillingPlatform projects already delivered, Michael continues improving the methodology while leading our Project Management Team.
Grant Talbot: As a former executive with large corporations, Grant brings his leadership, vision, and organization skills to ensure project delivery. Budgeting, communication plans and strategic leadership involvement are critical elements of a successful project. Grant has been leading and guiding IT departments for 27+ years and leverages his experience for all our clients.
Martin Kullgren: With 27+ years in the IT/Software Industry, Martin has covered many roles from Developer to Director. Martin brings his array of talents to delivering for our clients.
Jim Buller: Jim is an established professional services executive with more than 30 years of experience establishing and managing client portfolios, strategic business units, large programs and project teams. Senior Program / Engagement Manager with a proven track record of developing and delivering solutions and their supporting business cases that impact client profitability and efficiency. Trusted partner with senior leaders who consistently earns client confidence and loyalty, ensuring long term business relationships.
Rudi Perkins: 25+ years of down in the dirt delivery of “All” things billing make Rudi a top tier Solution Architect and Technical Leader in the BillingPlatform practice. His vast experience helps our client make the best decisions for long-term success when implementing a new billing solution.
Douglas Zone: Douglas has been an OSS/BSS professional for over 28 years. He has applied his technical and business expertise in monetization and transformation across Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States in a gamut of roles from CTO and Enterprise Architecture to Program Management and Consultancy.

Barry Lyons: For 25+ years Barry has worked in the IT industry in a range of capacities within the billing and financial systems space. His deep experience of billing systems, database systems and other technical solutions is an invaluable part of delivering a complete solution.
Leston Nay: With 30+ years of IT/ Software industry experience, Leston brings his broad experiences to our clients having served in both technical and leadership roles along the way. His detailed approach to solving problems and delivering solutions using industry best practices offers excellence throughout our client’s experience.
Robert Porter: Bob has 25+ years in the industry primarily leading technical teams and departments. His ability to get the best out of team members while having a deep and technical understanding of the SDLC process ensures our ability to deliver great solutions.
Will Cooper: Will bring 15+ years in the SaaS Application domain. Will's primary focus has been delivering solutions and leading operations in the Salesforce and BillingPlatform Cloud space. His deep knowledge of the “Order to Cash” process is key to helping our clients improve the O2C systems and processes.
